Pricing questions
How does the $1 trial work?
One dollar opens seven days of full access on whichever paid plan you pick — Starter, Professional, or Enterprise. It is the same $1 either way, and you get every feature on that plan. At the end of the seven days it continues at that plan’s normal monthly price unless you cancel from Settings first, in which case you pay only the $1. One trial per workspace.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited staff logins, and borrowers never need an account at all — they just scan. You pay for inventory size, not headcount.
What happens if I cancel?
Your gear, labels, scan history, and custody log all stay in place, and you can export everything to CSV at any time on any plan, including Free. Canceling moves you back to the Free plan rather than deleting anything.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. Plans are monthly, there are no setup or onboarding fees, and you can cancel from Settings in a couple of clicks.
